Our Latex weapons are foam injected, which means they are more realistic, stronger, and safer than your typical latex weapons. The swords are built around a hybrid rod, which gives the sword it's durability under pressure.
These come in a variety of styles, whether you want fantasy weapons to play with, or realistic historical swords and weapons to test your skills with.
There are many LARP (live action role play) groups that use Latex weapons as their weapon preference, due to the high safety standards these swords provide.
These swords are also great for children! In fact, these are the only weapons we sell at Usableweapons.com that we recommend to children ages 4-14. Of course, parental supervision and proper sword handling techique are recommended. However these will be safe enough for your children to use for either play fighting.
In fact, these swords would also be of great use for any stage performance. Your fights can be more realistic, while your performers remain safe.

The Fetchbuch, also known as "fight manuals", gave medieval students the chance to learn techniques, and were useful aids to the weapon masters of old. This sword was used commonly amoung the old fighting schools, as depicted in many historical fighting manuals, including the Codex Wallerstein.
The classic widened ricasso is distinctive to the Fetchbuch battle ready swords, and were created to support the strength near the tang. These swords had a thick, dull blade for safe practice, making it a useful, common companion to any student learning longsword combat.
